“I booked an advice session for UK citizenship by video. Neither the lawyer nor I were sent the video link in advance, so there was a mad scramble at the time of the appointment, but the phone receptionist was very responsive at that moment. Be proactive in acquiring the link in advance. Once connected, I had a very pleasant and informative conversation with Marie Nguekam who answered all of my questions and gave further important advice that spotlighted an issue I had overlooked. She followed up with a written summary. I have three days to pose any further questions by email. Overall, the advice session was well worth it. Ms Nguekam was knowledgeable and personable.”

“I would certainly recommend this service. I had an opportunity to collaborate with Samantha. Samantha Cretten was very detailed and extremely professional. She has shared some wonderful and easy tips for the ILR application. She has shared some common mistakes which would delay the ILR application. THe outcome of this meeting was very positive and I came out very confident at the end of the discussion. I would certainly knock their doors before submitting my ILR application.”

“I am happy to receive the advice. The right to work was explained clearly but it takes a long time for the Home Office to process. I already have my ILR status, so I am not too much worried. Overall, Sara Pino was very helpful.”

“Jason Griffiths was really good. Knows his stuff. I would’ve given him five stars but through no fault of his own, I have given the client care personnel my updated details (name and email) and that wasn’t communicated to him. He called me by my alias name, Myriam. Also, I was meant to receive a 12 hour reminder for the consultation and I only received it by email when I woke up, which was sent at 1.24am - I was already asleep.”

“We were provided with a good overview of the situation and important important information during the first consultation and it was helpful to be allowed to ask follow-up questions for the few days after the consultation. They sound confident about supporting our application.”

“I contacted the Immigration Advice Service for document services for ILR application. I can give 5 star but the meeting didn't require more than 15 minutes and charged £150. However, the advice was really helpful. Recommended for complex cases.”
