VERY UNHELPFUL! WASTE OF MONEY! If I had the option of giving no stars I would, not even worth 1 star. They will offer you a service, make you pay and not provide you the service they offered. Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money!

the company is running one big fraud, they are scamming you for money with the promise that they will take care of your dispute and will assist you step by step in resolving your case, as soon as they receive the transfer, contact with the company ends, and when you call, they explain the procedures and the like dragging out time and doing nothing. I tried to do something about my case for 3 months and they kept having other problems, so I gave up and for the next 3 months I haven't been able to ask for a refund.

I requested an initial meeting with IAS in August due to a complex immigration application for my Thai wife to join me in the UK. We had already gone many routes but felt it almost impossible due to financial requirements. During our meeting I included my family and we discussed with Charlene philips, she indicated there was special circumstances in which we could apply. This gave us hope and she wrote out an action plan for my family to be able to sponsor in time for the baby to come to UK. This one a one of meeting and persuaded us to go for their service as it sounded hopeful! Even in time for Christmas. As soon as I paid for the immigration service we had a new advisor which completely swapped what was said. She stated it could not be done through sponsorship and had to be held in the account for 6 months. She advised heavily against the plan that we were sold on and said to go normal route. (Which is impossible due to the birth of our child being less than 6 months) Several months later I have requested a subject access request in this matter however they supplied everything except the initial meeting which was my reasoning for SAR. I am still waiting for a full SAR to be provided. Very disappointed that this can be done by what is a legal agency. I hope they can clean up their act and provide the correct service and documents. This has caused so many complications and heart ache to trust a company and be left in this situation. Whilst they know we can't afford the financial requirements they still took 650 pounds of our money.

She was 20 minutes late to the call and didn't tell us she was running late. I paid over $200.00 for a short meeting. Our meeting was cut short because she was running late to her next one. She never really answered my emails. I had to send her multiple follow ups. The only time they reached back out to me, (called me three times) was to send the payment, but none of my questions were answered first. Thats when I thought it was a huge red flag, so I looked online at the company and the reviews were not good on reddit and other websites were 1 star telling not to book with this company and a huge waste of money.

I’d recommend you stay away. I was told it would take around 6 months to get a Portuguese residency visa, we are 8 months in and it is months away. They were difficult to deal with, would never answer the question you asked and slow whilst applying for the visa. Since then they havent once chased the government and now say the delay is 15 months. They work with a developer called Mercan, their sister company about whom I have nothing positive. Find another company to work with.

I had a call with their lawyer in February, and received a written summary of that call. I had follow up questions related to her call summary - AND EMAILED HER 3 TIMES - and NEVER HEARD BACK. IAS is a FRAUD. A complete waste of $$$. I want a refund.

Been in Ireland over a month now. Sounded so easy to get set up over here. I have been waiting over a month and still waiting to get my visa activated. Been waiting over a month for my bank card to arrive. Haven’t received a appointment for a pps number. If I new it were this hard to get set up I wouldn’t have bothered

We had an appointment that cost us £250 with an advisor re emigrating from the UK to Canada. Absolute waste of time and it was clear that the person simply could not wait to get off the call. Waste of time.

The service we received from IAS was extremely poor. Our candidates were unable to leave the Phillipines because IAS did not notify us or the candidates of the exit requirements. When we complained about their service IAS told us they had completed the UK Immigration section correctly and this was their only responsibility. Be very careful when using this company because our experience showed they had no knowledge of the exit requirements for another country. Not very helpful when you are expecting staff to arrive and they cant leave their country of residence.

I was misled by the positive comments on Trustpilot into purchasing an hour consultation. The information provided by the so-called lawyer was incorrect. He claimed I could apply for a first British child passport born overseas using the priority service in the UK, which is simply inaccurate. I later learned that I have to apply outside the UK, and the priority service is not available for this process. They promised to respond to any follow-up emails within 48 hours after the consultation session. I sent them my questions, but they have yet to get back to me after more than two days. The entire company is a scam. I will take legal action against the company as they failed to provide the service they promised, and their information was misleading. They charged me 150GBP for providing low quality work. I am sure all these positive comments are fake and are just there to deceive poor customers.

Shazia had a very judgemental approach towards my case, the whole time i felt very judged and she ddnt give me the chance to explain anything. She kept referring to my ex partner as “your husband” despite me explaining otherwise, and i kept asking what my options are but she just focused on her own line of the conversation. I was even crying after the call due to the way she talked to me, she even questioned my “iq and level on understanding” at some point in the call though not directly. I was really taken back by her service and it triggered my anxiety.

I booked a consultation call with Matheo Di Battista (one of IAS UK immigration case workers) and it wasn't useful at all. Simply it was a waste of my time and money, never again! When i scheduled this call through client service (Ogesh), i genuinely asked if i can ask application specific questions during the consultation call as i am in the process of completing my application online, and they said that is all fine. With Matheo on the call i wasn't able to ask any specific application question as he referred to another service which will cost me 3 times more and he only gave generic answers that i already know about. The service wasn't at all what i originally expected. The only query that I had about visa route and type on the IHS application, Matheo wasn't even able to answer it as he gave answers that doesn't even exist on the IHS website. When i offered to share my screen on the teams call so he see that what he is saying doesn't exist on the website options, he again referred to another service of IAS UK. Very incompetent and that's not a service i would expect from IAS UK. Don't waste your money unless you are after high-level generic answers from the consultation call which costed me £200 an hour. I wrote to client service (Ogesh) explaining the situation and obviously no reply!

Don't waste your time: First of all I arranged an appointment with the advisor and paid advance for booking for my visa application unfortunately I have to cancel my appointment immediately after I made a payment. They decided to deduct £30 from my paid fees even I cancelled my appointment within an hour or so, they said I will receive the rest of the money within 14 days, I called on 15th day to ask my refund the person was rude and said it is 13th day so I have to wait for 1 more day and will receive my refund by tomorrow, I didn't know they wouldn't count weekend. Now after 19 days I am still waiting for my refund, this is ridiculous. They wouldn't even think once to deduct the admin charges and will make their client wait for refund and keep them chase. Also, the advisor whom my appointment was booked clearly mentioned in their email that the appointment was only booked to understand my case so that means I have to be prepare to pay more again for an advise which I was not sure how long normally it will take and how much more money I have to pay. They will make you fool if you do not see how many people were already were fooled in the past by reviewing their experiences. Better check the reviews before you register or book an appointment. Hoping to receive my refund soon.

Such a big lie. Our f3 case petition date was July 2009. But we are still waiting for interview appointment. Our priority date hasn't been updated in visa bulletin yet. So it would definitely take lot more than 10 years
