My overall rating is extremely poor. The promises I was made were not kept. I have paid the full service and I have NOT received what was due. Whenever I tried to make contact with IAS, they either did not reply or were not available. This is NOT the kind of service you would expect. I would be in a position to sue IAS, but it will be too much pain. I will share my experience with as many people as possible through word of mouth, social media and other means. IAS do not deserve any credit. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

Alun & Elvie Morris Aldershot, we had been trying for five years to get my wife her visa, the legal advice we had at the time was no good so we had to look for help elsewhere, when we found the IAS and had a interview with Agnes Tunde-Olowu, she explained everything to us and thank god agreed to help us, Agnes managed to get my wifes visa well within 6 months. the hole process was felly stress free minor blips on the way, but we felt confident in what Agnes was doing for us, she kept us updated at all times and was always helpful when ever we called her. I am sure that if we had not found Agnes and the IAS my wife would be back in the Philippines. we will always be very grateful for all the work Agnes did for us. A&E Morris.

My husband and I contacted IAS to help with my husband's immigration issues three weeks before our court hearing. Our case worker was Agnes Tunde who helped us prepare our case in a timely manner and provided very valuable advise all the way true. Our case was successful and we would happily recommend IAS to anyone.

Hi Natalie, I had my ceremony yesterday and am very proud to say that I am now officially British! I wanted to send you my thanks once again for all your hard work with both my ILR and naturalisation application. I have found you to be extremely professional and thorough in your work and have no doubt that you will go on to do great things in the future. Needless to say if anyone ever asks me to recommend an immigration solicitor I will certainly send them your way. Good luck for the future and all the best. Faraz

I wanted assistance on how my wife can enter the UK. I was very impressed with the services I got, from the initial consultation to the application stage. Ms Agnes took me through steps and even booked the English Language test for my wife in Uganda, followed it up, wrote to my Dr to get medical report. arranged all my documents very well, all I did was to post all the documents to my wife. I am very happy to say that my wife's visa was granted and she entered the UK on the 2nd of Sept. I am very very grateful. thank you very much. Mr Ssonko Bazirio and Hadija Nasubwa

I needed someone to take the stress from the process and avoid errors that can end up being costly. I was most pleased with the service and prompt assistance, as well as, reassurances. No question was too small nor ridiculous. They also, were understanding when I became confused by the process. In conclusion, to avoid mistakes, I would advise anyone to use the service, rather than risk doing it alone.

IAS dealt with everything . I could not have collated all the information required to obtain my wife`s visa without IAS . IAS communicated at every stage and left no stone unturned to submit our application comprehensively and finally my wife obtained her visa. In my experience their attention to detail was exceptional.

My name is Peter. Am writing is review truly and honestly what this great firm has done for me regarding my immigration matters in UK. Before I first came in contact with this great firm solicitors, my immigration matters was with one Solicitors which they were only concerned about their money not caring about their client matters. All that I can say was they were liars and only concerned about your money. A friend introduced immigration service advice solicitors to me when i got detained by the home office in Liverpool. They became very interested in my case and they did everything for me to get me out. I was given a chartered flight ticket to go back home on Wednesday. The immigration took me from detention on Friday to take my flight on Wednesday in Heathrow. When we got to Manchester detention centre the officers there received a fax letter from home office to cancel my flight all by the work of God and with this great firm. Immigration service advice then bailed me out. I was at home this early morning and the immigration enforcement raided my house and detained me again. I know that when an immigration enforcement arrest you they have 72 hours to tell you why they have arrested you or if they were taking you back home. With my case there were no information by the enforcement for 4days. My great firm did everything to get me out again. I was at the detention when I received a letter when I opened it it was a chartered flight again on the following evening to go back home. This time it was not a joke, my solicitor Agnes, I give her the due respect for helping with my case. She did everything she could contact everyone in their firm to be concerned with my case. I had a judiciary review on my case and through Agnes and their help with my paper work and great people she works with I was at the departure line waiting for my flight in the evening around 5:30pm my solicitor Agnes called me with so much Joy in her heart for me telling me my flight was cancelled. I didn't know what to do. It was tears of Joy. A solicitor who is very happy for her client happiness is what we need. I believe in God and I also believe working with great solicitors. I wouldn't say much but all that I will tell everyone reading this reviews is that never feel discouraged with this great solicitor. Immigration service advice is the best. They will do anything for you regarding your case. They are never concerned very much with your money but more concerned with winning your case for you to be free. I could say I have never regretted working with them regarding my immigration matters. My appeal was granted and know I have my documents and living happily with my family all thanks to God and my best friend, sister and lawyer Agnes. She has really done a lot for me regarding my case. I pray everyone reading this will contact immigration service Advice for any situation you are going through regarding your immigration and they will do anything in their strength to set you free. God bless you all and thank you

IAS painstakingly worked with us to prepare two detailed visitor visa applications for our daughter, the second one (our fourth) was finally successful. However there were times in the process that IAS did not respond to mails for long periods or didn't keep to the timelines they had given. Holding replies would have to go a long way in these situations instead of silence.

Overall just at poor service and not to my expectation. I was inform that if I paid thru priority service, IAS will not be able to follow up on behalf but I don't understand why because priority service is just to speed up my application but not on the services to follow up on my application. Anyway, I email on 29/9 that I have submitted my application but no reply, yesterday I also email to informed that I have yet received any feedback follow by a other email I received from courier service that the processing application had being received on 13/9, also no reply from IAS. Again, I send another email that I have received my application result to IAS attached with the letter but still no reply until now. Frankly speaking, I would expect at least a reply to acknowledge my email but so far nothing at all. Disappointed with the services and thanks for help me on the application. Regards, Lee Sa
