“Having failed miserably on our first application - mainly for not imagining how much evidence of every thing could be required - our successful application was due to the advice we received. Clare was a sympathetic listener while being professional and always returned my e-mails and telephone calls promptly - apart from when she was in court or on sick leave. Should I meet anyone requiring this type of assistence I would be confident in recommending IAS.”

“We really liked the service prior to our Skype appointment, the contact person was very courteous. The lawyer we spoke to on Skype was knowledgeable and seemed to be very experienced. However, we felt that the lawyer was too quick to respond, was not patient with us, even laughed at a few of our questions, seemed annoyed and irritated as if wanting to end the appointment immediately. Also advised us erroneously about European Family Permit vs Spouse Visa for my husband and I, him being from Northern Ireland. We did not feel comfortable proceeding. On the bright side, we are very pleased with the law firm we decided to work with, the service is very thorough, personable, patient, and found out for us that our application should be for a Spouse Visa. Had we gone with the previous advice of applying for a European Family Permit (not applicable) our application would have been rejected.”

“Natalie Dolan, from IAS Liverpool, was amazing. She helped keep me calm when I was panicking about my visa, offered excellent advice, and kindly answered the millions of questions that I sent to her. I do not believe we would have won our appeal (or even made it to the appeals process) without her hard work and diligence. I am truly grateful to her.”

“We were very pleased with the service. Natalie Dolan took care of our visa application, advised of where are application was at and everything went smoothly. The price was on the steep side, but I guess most of these services are pretty expensive.”

“I was glad, IAS helped me to win my appeal; but I struggled to get feed back from my case worker especially after the appeal hearing and waiting for the appeal outcome; which took many months. In summary; I expected a periodic feedback on the situation of things ad the waiting perio could be discouraging and lengthy.”
