“The worst I have ever had, nothing positive about IAS. I think a newbie was assigned to me and he was so much in a haste to leave and go to wherever or whatever he was doing, I felt like he was busy with something else when he called and also rejected a video request even though the consultation was supposed to be a video session. My money was wasted and I can never recommend anyone. I wish people will see this so as not to fall a victim. The name of the so called consultant is Tom Egan”

“Absolutely the worst experience I had with any firm in my life, costing my and my partner extreme level of stress and money. The handling of my case was not just slow but egregiously inefficient, resulting in months of wasted time. Despite paying a substantial fee, I received almost nothing in return, with no tangible progress or support. The case worker assigned to my matter, Reina, showed an extreme lack of concern and commitment, leaving me without a response for weeks despite multiple followups. When I was able to get some sort of response or interaction, it was often condescending and patronising, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction. I filed a complaint with them at the end, which took months to resolve. They often gave me wrong information and didn't seem honest. Getting my money back was hard, and the final offer was too low. But I was so tired of dealing with them, I just accepted it to end things.”
