“I contacted IAS to determine if I qualified for a British Passport and was scheduled for an hour video call with Emma Bashford. She was prompt, well organized, friendly and extremely helpful and yes, she said I do qualify. She is now working on the necessary documents doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Emma Bashford.”

“This was the worst experience I have had. I spoke to Kieran, who told me I only had to pay a flat fee of 150 pounds and I could ask for as much advice as possible to help with my online visa application. This is not true, they do hit you with additional costs, 1500 pounds to be exact. This is a lie. Not only was this a bad experience, their telephone calls cut off while you are talking and their payment systems don't work. Absolutely shocking and a scam as far as I am concerned.”

“The worst I have ever had, nothing positive about IAS. I think a newbie was assigned to me and he was so much in a haste to leave and go to wherever or whatever he was doing, I felt like he was busy with something else when he called and also rejected a video request even though the consultation was supposed to be a video session. My money was wasted and I can never recommend anyone. I wish people will see this so as not to fall a victim. The name of the so called consultant is Tom Egan”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank crystal mcgowan. Firstly we had some complications with the online teams meeting link & she sorted it out immediately. We then had a conversations she really listened and understood the issues & explained eveything I needed to do & know. She had patience & made sure I understood eveything I needed to know before the end of the conversation. I look forward to working with her some more.
