“The knowledge of my consultant is astounding. She professionally extracted what our outcomes of the consultation was and reassured us of what we needed to do at the end. However, Skype calls kept breaking up, and unfortunately it was the only way to communicate with multiple people as our mobile phones weren't too good at picking up multiple peoples' voices. I wish that there was a way to send some minor documents for the consultant to review before the call. Instead she had asked to drop the call and for us to e-mail the related documents over half-way through our consultation. It has been two weeks since the consultation, and I am severely disappointed with the fact that there was no follow-up e-mail from the consultant with the session after this was explicitly mentioned as part of the package. Otherwise I would have rated the service with 5 stars.”

“We really liked the service prior to our Skype appointment, the contact person was very courteous. The lawyer we spoke to on Skype was knowledgeable and seemed to be very experienced. However, we felt that the lawyer was too quick to respond, was not patient with us, even laughed at a few of our questions, seemed annoyed and irritated as if wanting to end the appointment immediately. Also advised us erroneously about European Family Permit vs Spouse Visa for my husband and I, him being from Northern Ireland. We did not feel comfortable proceeding. On the bright side, we are very pleased with the law firm we decided to work with, the service is very thorough, personable, patient, and found out for us that our application should be for a Spouse Visa. Had we gone with the previous advice of applying for a European Family Permit (not applicable) our application would have been rejected.”

“I am very pleased with the service you provide (Birmingham branch). My family has always used IAS and we have had no visa refusal. IAS helped my Aunt, sister, dad and mum together with me, my wife and all was successful. to show how experienced they all are, Robina assisted in me, my aunt, sister and parents application which were all successful, Daniella assisted in my wife's application which was very successful and now Makeda with excellent and professional advice and approach on my son,s application. “Natalie Dolan was an exceptional agent! I would have been lost without her. She was there for me for the whole process of gaining my spouse visa for the UK. “I was searching a legal adviser for helping me in a complex immigration matter and on internet I found IAS. I took the number and called. Someone told me the office is in London Bridge; I went there. I was told to sit in the waiting area. Then within half an hour a lady came and talked to me about my issue. I thought she an assistant. Later when she took me to the office I understood she is the solicitor. She was really really great but simple. She helped me thoroughly and my case was successful in a very reasonable time. It was possible for her experience, skills and approachability. IAS is a great immigration service centre according to my experience.”

Our advice packages lasts as long as required to provide a detailed assessment of a client's circumstances, their likelihood of success and what documents/evidence they need to provide. Our telephone advice package also includes written report of the advice session. Our advice packages also allow client's to ask follow up questions for the same immigration matter, without additional cost to the client. Thank you for your business
