“The case lawyer, Susan Harrison, was well informed, very proactive, pleasant to deal with, and professional. The visa issue was pretty much a formality, but all went fairly smoothly.”

“my name is Hatham i have used their service two times , i was happy with service very much a specially with my wife immigration matter, the solicitor called Natalie she is absolutely one of the best i have ever met, she will never let u down always helpful and she make things easy and simple and successful. i have been to jacson&cantre and two more company for me and my family immigration matter BUT they are too expensive and less helpful all they concentrate is to get money of people, but with IAS Liverpool its different they are really helpful.”

“I first contacted ias when i was in need of assisstance and proper guidance for a spouse visa. In my head i knew that applying for a spouse visa was a long and difficult process and also very complicated based on our situation. After contacting ias, we arranged to meet and discuss. Everything about the process was explained to us and all we really had to do was provide the documents that our agent had requested. The agent that worked with us was Natalie Dolan from the Liverpool office. Natalie was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had and also filled any gaps of doubt with the application. I felt the process was well explained and we knew what to expect at the different stages of applying.”

“Natalie Dolan (Liverpool branch) checked my documents which I submitted and successfully obtained the ILR visa. She was courteous, professional, very helpful with my questions. It was a simple process, I dropped my documents and we scheduled a meeting where she highlighted areas of which I can change/edit/add. Very commended and excellent IAS service and highly recommended. Thanks!”

“After having the first application for a Spouse Visa for my wife refused we came to IAS for advice with reapplying/appealing. Their service has been excellent from prompt support through emails and phonecalls to a very informative meeting in their offices. They were very professional and reassuring throughout. Thanks to Natalie Dolan's support we could confidently reapply and have now received approval on a Spouse Visa. “IAS has made me happy through one of their capable case worker named Natalie, She is a very careful listener and will now summaries the case and analyse it and tell you your expected decision based on what you have told her even before the final decision comes out .... The only thing I need to stress is that ... The onions lyes on the client to the the truth to Natalie and also to follow Natalie's detail instructions once this is done them all we be well and lastly their charges is very fair and they are very flexible when it comes to Payment ....”

“I was put in contact with Natalie by a friend who had used her services for a spousal visa application. I felt Natalie went above and beyond what was expected of her. She responded to all queries very quickly and gave me advice over the phone on multiple occassions. She made the entire process much easier and less stressful than it would have been otherwise. I have recommended Natalie to several people since using IAS in January, and plan on contacting Natalie for assistance again when my visa expires.”
