“I had troubles with my settlement application getting declined so I got in contact with Immigration Advice Services and was paired up with Mark. He was brilliant. He was easy to talk to and open to any questions I had, and he made the steps I was needing to take seem much more simple and reasonable than the letter from immigration. I would highly recomment Mark for anyone needing assistance with any sort of application or issue.”

“We are advised by Laura Christian about a Spouse Visa application, and I must say that I left with a feeling of having been somewhat fleeced after paying 150 pounds for the consultation. First of all, future customers must be aware that if only the "Advice" service is paid for, then screen sharing will be disabled. In order to be able to share documents during the standard video call, a more expensive service must be purchased. Screen sharing has been however a standard tool at least since 2020, and I incorrectly assumed that it would be available. Laura seemed knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Emails were responded to after a delay of a few days. As promised, a semi-personalized instruction booklet was provided, which provided some useful information above what could have been found on the internet. In summary, a useful service, but not worth 150 pounds.”
