“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I had to contact another lawyer to resolve my case because after paying £300 the lawyer stopped being interested in the case and NEVER contacted me! I've already asked for a refund more than 5 times and they ignore it! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS FRAUD!!!!”

“Shazia had a very judgemental approach towards my case, the whole time i felt very judged and she ddnt give me the chance to explain anything. She kept referring to my ex partner as “your husband” despite me explaining otherwise, and i kept asking what my options are but she just focused on her own line of the conversation. I was even crying after the call due to the way she talked to me, she even questioned my “iq and level on understanding” at some point in the call though not directly. I was really taken back by her service and it triggered my anxiety.”

“I had a phone call with Emma to see if I qualified for Britain Citizenship. She was great with the level of service she provided. I had some clarifying questions regarding the pathway to citizenship and she was able to answer them on the call. I was confident on IAS ability to help me and decided to retain them for the whole process.”

“I booked a consultation call with Matheo Di Battista (one of IAS UK immigration case workers) and it wasn't useful at all. Simply it was a waste of my time and money, never again! When i scheduled this call through client service (Ogesh), i genuinely asked if i can ask application specific questions during the consultation call as i am in the process of completing my application online, and they said that is all fine. With Matheo on the call i wasn't able to ask any specific application question as he referred to another service which will cost me 3 times more and he only gave generic answers that i already know about. The service wasn't at all what i originally expected. The only query that I had about visa route and type on the IHS application, Matheo wasn't even able to answer it as he gave answers that doesn't even exist on the IHS website. When i offered to share my screen on the teams call so he see that what he is saying doesn't exist on the website options, he again referred to another service of IAS UK. Very incompetent and that's not a service i would expect from IAS UK. Don't waste your money unless you are after high-level generic answers from the consultation call which costed me £200 an hour. I wrote to client service (Ogesh) explaining the situation and obviously no reply!”

“We had a virtual meeting with Mark Rigby. After a few technical difficulties, we were finally able to get down to business. Mark was extremely helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about. He gave informative feedback on our situation and helped us ascertain our way forward. He also provided some guidance on a separate but related matter, which was really appreciated. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received.”

“I had a few queries with regards to the ILR Pathway and i spoke to Dina Modi about it. She was quite helpful and resolved all of my doubts. Dina also gave me some additional advice about the essential documentation required and I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. I found the IAS to be quite professional in their dealings and I would definitely recommend them.”

“Don't waste your time: First of all I arranged an appointment with the advisor and paid advance for booking for my visa application unfortunately I have to cancel my appointment immediately after I made a payment. They decided to deduct £30 from my paid fees even I cancelled my appointment within an hour or so, they said I will receive the rest of the money within 14 days, I called on 15th day to ask my refund the person was rude and said it is 13th day so I have to wait for 1 more day and will receive my refund by tomorrow, I didn't know they wouldn't count weekend. Now after 19 days I am still waiting for my refund, this is ridiculous. They wouldn't even think once to deduct the admin charges and will make their client wait for refund and keep them chase. Also, the advisor whom my appointment was booked clearly mentioned in their email that the appointment was only booked to understand my case so that means I have to be prepare to pay more again for an advise which I was not sure how long normally it will take and how much more money I have to pay. They will make you fool if you do not see how many people were already were fooled in the past by reviewing their experiences. Better check the reviews before you register or book an appointment. Hoping to receive my refund soon.”

“I am very pleased with the service from IAS. I had a situation where I accidentally applied to the wrong visa and was rejected. The UK Visa site can be hard to navigate through and IAS was there to save me. I wanted to mention Samantha Cretten specifically. She was absolutely amazing. She helped me solve my visa issue very quickly, as I have a work trip out of counrty coming up. Samantha gave excellent and very specific advice on how to reapply for the correct visa. I felt extremely taken care of by Samantha as if I was one of her own family members. She went above and beyond her remit and even helped me with my new application. Not only did she give me the best advice but she helped me troubleshoot issues and helped with questions I had. Her responses were quick, within minutes and she really made me feel taken care of. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Samantha!!!”

“I contacted the Immigration Advice Service for assistance in looking at the possibility of entering and staying in the UK for an extended period to help care for a family member. IAS was quick to respond to my inquiry and, after confirming my details, arranged my initial advice session with Charlene Phillips, who was terrific but was professional enough to realize my case was complex, so she quickly arranged another session at no additional cost with one of her colleagues. My next session was with Samantha Cretten, who I found to be highly knowledgeable about UK immigration laws, as she was very informative and helpful. She made considerable efforts to find a solution to my problem. Although it was determined my unique case was unworkable and that I would not qualify for a visa, it was not because of Samantha’s lack of trying but rather my ineligibility. Despite this misfortune, I highly recommend consulting with Samantha Cretten, as she is highly professional and relentlessly focused on achieving results for her clients.”
