“Appaling service Complete rip off The call was rushed They got all the facts wrong, including my sister's name Then suggested marriage is the ONLY option (at no point did she mention that's what she wanted as they've only been dating for 2 months) It's been 2 months and we're still waiting for a refund Stay away from this company!!!”

“It's the very first experience I have ever had speaking to a lawyer, from the help desk speaking with sajab she was very professional and I give her kudos for that and then speakingwith my advice lawyer,I was so happy I had someone like Samantha cretten,she is good and excellent at her work,she was very patient with me and made me understand all I need do. I'm grateful to IAS for giving me someone like her to speak with. I recommend her to any other person, because she is calm,polite, understanding and very explanatory.”

“I needed some immigration advice for my brother who wants to come to the UK. I struggled to find the right direction in my decision to get him over here . After I came in contact with IAS, I was allocated Nicolas Lee, one of the immigration lawyers of IAS. Frankly speaking, it was a delightful meeting. He took me through all the options that were in front of us . I left the meeting absolutely satisfied and know now what my next steps are. Thank you Nicholas. I am grateful. “Mehrish Khan was extremely helpful with the review of our immigration inquiry. She provided useful and concise feedback and clear options for our case. IAS followed up with calls to determine our level of satisfaction with the service and we have decided to proceed with our application using their service. I would particularly like to thank them for repeatedly calling us back in spite of the bad network and connectivity that we had at the scheduled time of the call, after which they accommodated a new time for a call. “My wife call this agency’s Ireland number to apply for het Irish passport. They took 200 euro for solicitors advice. Next day the solicitor call online and talk 2-3 minutes. She say upload new immigration form and apply by yourself. And she and agency told they will send the required form to apply, they never did. Please don’t call this agency for any help kindly get the information from immigration site .”

“Matteo contacted me for video conference call to advise me on the best route to achieving a renewal of my wife and step-daughters residency permit . He was 100% clear with his advice and most refreshingly honest and positive . I am confident that renewal will be straightforward and my stress levels are way better thanks to the assurances he gave me. I will take IAS on board to process our applications for sure . There is no comparison with my previous immigration lawyer who I swear set put to drive me nuts! :-) Thanks Matteo”

“I had the most wonderful experience working with this agency. I had a great deal of anxiety about trying to renew my visa, but the experts at IAS made the process understandable. From my initial meeting with Nicolas Lee, to the conversation I had with my case manager Harinder Sond, I always felt that they were trying to give me the most accurate and supportive information. They were incredibly professional, and I also really appreciated that they sought advice from their colleagues to make sure that they were giving me the best advice possible. If I ever have to engage in this process again, I would most certainly come back.”
