“I did have an visa issues for my wife, she was overstaying for over 6 months by mistake. We didn't know what to do. We were without an hope for visa, but by contacting Ias, the customer services was very good and very helpful. We have been advised by Samantha Cretten. She was very helpful and clear explanation and high level of knowledge of immigration law and her explanation was easy to understand. She gave opportunity to ask questions and gave us her email address in case if we still want to ask questions within 3 working days after the meeting.”
