I had Marie Nguekam as a caseworker/lawyer and she was very clear in explaining my case to me as i had many doubts about my situation. Very professional and nice, I would recommend her!

They are a scandalous falsehood, a trickery and a SCAM. Do not be fooled by the means of those evil cruel hearts who pretend to be all sweet just to rob you. They deserve all the hatred in the world: they DO NOT answer back, DO NOT help you in ANY way that they promise you: they just take your money and LEAVE! If there is a prison for these WILDERBEESTS they ought to go: they do not DESERVE air and water: to trick people and get away with it. THEY should not have been allowed into the country—Shazia Ershad. NO one deserves to be treated in such a fashion! This is outrageous! They do not contact you within a week: they are late and probably do not EVEN know how to do this. They charge you with £555 straight up, and you must pay to speak with them. Then they give you an excuse on why they are unavailable to talk. They waste your time and think they can waste your money too. I hope to see these evil souls rot behind a prison cell, for their business is corrupt. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM!

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the advice I was given. The Solicitor gave me the impression that he had nit read all the information I submitted prior to the meeting. Some of the questions he asked gave me the impression that he needed to understand the context within which I argued the Home Office decision. For confidentiality, I will not disclose specific details. But I am happy to discuss further privately and provide constructive feedback. If possible, I would appreciate a refund.

Dont pay for your VISA fees upfront This time you ask? I hope this is the only time. From the date we paid for the visa fee 11 December 2023 and we have been ignored from all of the below: Client relations officer - Alexandra Shirtcliffe; Immigration Advice Service - Amy Flanagan; Immigration Lawyer - Samantha Cretten; Enquiries Team - Lindsey Alexandre; Immigration Lawyer - Crystal McGowan. I would love to get my visa going and submitted but since I PAID IAS, none of these people have come back to assist or respond and actually talk about processing the VISA. Now I want a refund and its like IAS has fallen off the side of the earth!? I keep sending emails and I keep doing online chats and people keep promising to help. Yet nothing. Tom in Ireland was great! Samantha was a big help in understand our situation. BUT no one would respond for anything. No even Samantha came back and offered to help seeing there is an issue and she was CC'd in the mails.

We met with Laura Christian. She was personable and knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, and where she didn't know an answer, looked into it for us quickly. We feel that we got excellent advice and now know how to proceed.

Laura Christian was extremely knowledgeable about the immigration process we will be going through, and explained everything very clearly. It was also a real pleasure to meet with her, and we came away feeling 100% positive about the whole experience.

VERY POOR AND EXPENSIVE SERVICE. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I didn't receive what I paid for, timelines were not adhered to, and communication was very poor throughout. Details below. - I paid 200EUR for a half-hour meeting and full written report sent within 48hours of the meeting (explicitly stated by the lawyer), including next steps and answers to our written questions. The meeting was the only part of this which I received. - We received the report a full 8 days after the meeting, i.e., 6 days late. - There was zero communication from the lawyer regarding the delay in receiving the report. I received no reply from the lawyer to my multiple enquiries and eventually had to call IAS to chase the lawyer up on my behalf, after which he promptly sent the report. - When I did eventually receive the report, it was unclear, missing important information including next steps, and didn't answer our written questions. The report seemed to be rushed following IAS chasing Lander up on our behalf. - Both the lawyer and IAS refused to admit any fault and IAS refused to issue a refund. Their excuse was that more research on my case had to be done by the lawyer and that there were bank holidays in Spain (our lawyer was based in Spain), which caused the delay. This may have caused the delay, but it doesn't excuse the complete lack of communication nor substandard report we received. IAS claimed that the report we received was what we paid for but this is not the case as per the criteria detailed above and even if it was, then the service provided by IAS is simply very poor by their own admission. All in all, very unprofessional.

My partner and I needed help in obtaining his visa (israeli citizen) . We came across IAS and gave them a go, we had Sadeia helping us and she was amazing, we couldn't have managed all the work wothout her.she even worked on her night off as we hadn't got our paperwork together in time. If we need any more help in the future we will use IAS , without a doubt. Both his fiancé visa and spouse visa was accepted wothout any issues

Immigration solicitor Sharzia Ershad gave me simplified yet thorough explanation of legal jargon and responses to my questions and concerns. Her report after our conversation was very well detailed though emailed later than promised time

I contacted IAS for a minor change in my UK status and spoke with Kieren who has always contacted me and has been very helpful. That being said this is where the story goes south fast! Shazia one of the immigration solicitors was appointed to have a meeting with me last Wednesday. Not only was she late to the meeting, but I felt she was ill-prepared for the meeting and kept asking me the same questions only a few minutes after the first set of questions. Once the meeting was at an end she advised without fail that she would send me the next steps that evening! Unfortunately, this did not happen! I rang on Thursday last week to follow this up and was told she would send this by an advisor. Last Friday I rang and asked to speak with a manager as I still haven't received the information. I asked the advisor again if I would like to speak to a manager, and again the advisor's manager refused to speak with me. The advisor came back in an ill-mannered way advising me that I don't have to speak to her, I responded well I am trying to get through to your manager so I do not wish to speak with you. The moral of the story it's been 7 days and still no information. Rang in today and was again placed on hold for 40 mins and finally rang again from a different number and got hold of a lady called Emily who finally told me Shazia is on annual leave! If you want to be passed from pillar to pillar sign up with IAS and waste your time. Also, pay with a credit card to be on the safe side. Now you will see IAS respond shortly apologizing etc etc, take it with a pinch of salt as they are saving face.
