Customer satisfaction is very important to us therefore we followed up with a phone call and voice mail to resolve your issue. According to our records, your issue was followed up in a very responsive manner and resolved. To say our customer service is appalling is not true. “Great to be using glass as I eat a lot of meals out of containers and was more and more conscious of micro-plastics. The lids seem to be working well so far with a great seal on them.”

“Containers are very good quality. The lids are a little tight at first, but rinsed under warm water and they fit on no problem. The 3-compartment containers I’ll be ordering more, very practical.”

“I've been wanting to move away from plastic containers for a while and came across these! I love that they are glass but also divided so I can take different foods to work in one container. Food reheats evenly and the lids haven't leaked yet! Highly recommend!”

“I had been using other brands of meal prep containers and came across the Igluu ones , so I thought I would give them a try. These are very much better than the ones I used before , and I am very pleased with them. The quality , ease of use and storage as well as longevity of these containers is superb and I would recommend them to others. I have ordered and received other sizes of these too and I think it’s great to have different options to choose from , as not all meals prepped really go into a one part container. Thanks so much for creating these , I think they are fabulous.”
