“Dave at Identipro has been excellent throught the sales and installation process. The equipment itself is fantastic and the assistance from both Brady and Identipro in helping us to get what we wanted was second to none! We have a three year care package on our machine and I am confident that we will be well looked after and have no hesitations in recommending them.”

“We recently ordered several boxes of labels and even the non-stock items were available within 2 days, which is great. Their videos on the website are excellent, we actually chose them and Brady based on the ability to watch a video of the printer in action and the sheer range of available labels Brady produce and only need one machine to do it all. The sample wire tree with all the cable labels attached is a brilliant idea, we can see straight away what we need, and don’t have to wade through the brochure, trying to locate the correct label Dave the owner even brought the first order of labels around to our office, we showed him what we also needed to do and he kindly showed us which labels and which ribbon we needed, explained the life cycle of the ribbons, and even called the local depot for stock availability. We really can’t praise them enough.”

“Really really helpful! I got through straight away to a lady called Jo who was lovely. I've never done the ordering before but she made it really quick and easy. I was desperate for ribbons and vinyl rolls so she has sent out half my order via Royal Mail with no extra cost. Fantastic customer service!”

“I bought the BMP21-Lab Plus label machine for use in a Academic Research Lab, labelling Clinical samples for storage at -80'C and liquid nitrogen. It's amazing. It is very user friendly. It was ready to use straight away from the box, printing labels in seconds! The label does not smudge when you touch it or more importantly, it does not wipe off when sprayed with ethanol. It will definitely make a big difference in how we label our samples. Great product! Thanks for all your help in picking the right product/labels for my needs.”
