“We have dealt with Identipro for a number of years and have found the service to be excellent. They have a fantastic knowledge of Brady products and offer trusted advice on suitable labelling products for specific applications. Our orders are always processed quickly and accurately and delivery is normally within a couple of days. I would have no hesitation in recommending Identipro as a supplier. Keep up the good work!”

“Excellent service from initial enquiry to purchasing a new Brady printer system, Identipro came to our site to give a full demonstration of the product we were interested in which made our decision to purchase very easy and quick. Identipro then completed a full system installation and tested so it left our company up and running with no lost time or worries about configuration or set up.”

“I am a relatively new customer to Identipro and have been impressed with the exceptional service I have received from them; always quick to reply to emails, keeping me updated on the progress of orders, ensuring a quick delivery on items. I have recently invested in a Brady printer and the support I have had from Dave has been outstanding. The 'You Tube' videos are an excellent idea and provided a great introduction to the product.. If only all suppliers could be as pleasing to order from as Identipro!!”
