“Ordered a Brady BM51 with case and advanced software along with some heatshrink cartridges. Ordered 5 and 2 were in stock, was rang swiftly to advise and ask how i would like to receive (2 deliveries or one a few days later). It was no rush for me so together was more convinient, but i appreciated the call to ensure that it was not urgent order. Order was delivered promptly once in stock with tracking available. All in working order, great after-sales support with an enquiry, too. Would recommend any day.”
