“Always a fast turnaround on any order I have done with them and a email chain informing me of what the satus of my order is. On occasion that i have needed to speak to anyone I have allways found them to be freindly and knowledgeable. I would recommend dealing with this company”

“I bought my Brady BMP21+ label printer from Identipro about two years ago and subsequently the various label types for it that I've needed for it - probably 10 or 12 times by now. I order online and generally use Royal Mail for delivery. Despatch is always very prompt and delivery always on the second or third day after ordering, depending how late in the day I order. Emails advise on progress and the telephone response if I phone is always helpful and efficient. I've never had any problem.”
