There aren't enough words of praise. We hit a little bump in the beginning but it meant witnessing ID Card Centre Ltd staff going above and beyond even what their promise was, in order to deliver results which we (our large team and I) were really impressed with, we had our expectations smashed. The customer Service is outstanding and the response is always made quickly. The staff are really friendly and up-beat even over the phone or email, it's lovely to feel the human-ness come through from a company. Outstanding. Well done team. We will continue to make orders with yourselves. Thank you.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry that it wasn’t a good one. We placed an order with our supplier for the item you require in July, who confirmed these would be due with us this week. As we haven’t received any tracking information from the supplier, we are unable to confirm this and therefore did not want to offer you a delivery date that was subject to change. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can do get stock into our warehouse, but due to many factors including the pandemic, there are shortages of many products. We apologise for the delay and can assure you that as soon as we know when the item will be with us, we will be in touch with a delivery date. Placed an order and paid extra for next day pre-12 delivery. When the items did not turn up, I raised a query with the company only to find out the the items were out of stock. There was no indication on the website the items were out of stock when I placed the order. Why would you not make it clear items are out of stock? Why would you advertise a next day delivery option when you can't fulfil next day delivery? Extremely poor.

I recently purchased access cards from here, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. The cards were received in perfect condition, soon after the order was placed. I highly recommend :-)

considering you charge for delivery and the value of your products are not cheap, a delivery trackers would be helpful. excluding Sunday I've been waiting 4 days for a delivery

Dear Greg, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our standard delivery is 1-2 working days (excludes weekends) and so delivery should have been by Tuesday 6pm. Regrettably your item was out of stock and therefore you experienced a delay of 1 day in receiving your order, which is something we did not communicate to you. We sincerely apologise for that and are actively looking at how we can prevent this from happening again. Your order was shipped to you on 03/08 and our system does not generate a tracking number until the goods are shipped which is why you didn’t get an email containing a tracking number until this day. Appalling.....Wasted a week of my time in taking an urgent time critical order, only to be told at the 11th hours that it wasn't in stock! Information which could have been told to me on the day of the order. Wasted my time and phone calls......

Ordered on 16 July still waiting , and have been told may not arrive till August sometime , lanyards been at clearance for 8 over days , appalling service , paid around 30euro for postage .twice price of item to come from England to Ireland , can't believe this company, it's so utterly incompetent .
