“Unfortunately UPS lost the original shipment, however, I was shipped a replacement immediately as soon as they were notified without raising any issues. Great service”

“We had an important, time critical job and, as bad luck would have it, our card printer ribbon ran out. This was about 3pm. Got onto ID Card Centre who specified the correct ribbon for us and when I got into the office the next morning it was there waiting for me. Great service and fast turnaround!”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the product and speed of delivery. The delivery charge was high in comparison to my very small letter box size order, however if I ordered more quantity the delivery charge would have been more proportionate, and thereby more reasonable. Absolutely no doubt about leaving a 5 star review, and I will definitely shop with ID Card Centre again.”

“The quality of the product is good but the overall service is just acceptable. The minimum card order of 10 does not work for smaller businesses. On 3 occasions, I have had to order blank cards to reach the minimum requirement. For example my last order on 28/7/20 consisted of 2 printed ID cards and 8 blank white plastic cards. This cost my business £47.12.”
