“Iconic Watches are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I first ordered an Omega watch online through them, and have gone on to purchase a Rolex for myself and my partner with them. They have an online presence, where I placed my orders, but their physical store is located very close to me and I have gone in to collect every time (my two watches, they are sourcing my partner's as I type this). The service is second to none. Online service is a pleasure in itself, but the welcome we received when I collected my second watch was fantastic. It sounds silly, but I cannot wait until my partner's watch arrives so we can visit again and have a good chat! Even if you're getting it posted, there's nothing to worry about because these guys are genuine and have been in business for a very long time. They know what they are doing. “I looked around in my local jewelers and on-line. Iconic could supply a genuine watch £1000 cheaper. Although I had to order it and put down a 20% deposit it arrived quickly and I was over the moon with the watch.”

“Mariana was very helpful with helping me establish the feasibility of my purchase, including all applicable fees, as well as calculating the time required to secure the watch from the dealer and shipping it to Canada (I needed it to arrive in time for my wife's birthday). Iconic provides great status reports on your order at every step of the way, so you are never in the dark. There were no surprises on that end, and the watch was delivered on time, as ordered, well packaged, and with papers, international OEM warrantee, all tags, and the original box. Fantastic! One recommendation to international buyers: plan and pay for customs, duty and taxes AHEAD of time, to insure your purchase does not get held up at the border, and make sure you build in a cushion of a few days for unexpected delays.”

“I ordered a Tag Heuer on Monday during Christmas rush and had it in my hands 24 hour later let me add that I live in Sweden. Everything went so smooth and the customer service is one of the best and quickest that I have ever experienced. I’m so happy with everything and I will come back again and would definitely recommend Iconic Watches to everybody I know.”

“New Rolex ordered with an estimated delivery of 2 months. 3 weeks later it’s in stock and I received 24 hours later. An absolute pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone after a top end watch.”
