“I’d been looking for a gmt ceramic for a while had seen foreign sites offering great deals but was worried about import concerns. Iconic had the watch in brand new for a great price with next day delivery. Perfect.”

“Attentive service, good product at very reasonable price. Was lucky in that I live within an hours drive of the shop so able to make a personal visit and pick up. One minor issue was the additional charge for paying via paypal as it's a secure method of payment.”

“Purchased a Tudor Black Bay in Blue in Feb 2015, Iconic were by far the best place to source and buy from, really knew their stuff and the process was easy, I collected my watch from their premises and they did all adjustments required to the bracelet whilst i waited. watch hasn't missed a beat since I got it and it still looks like it did when I purchased it. Very happy and will definitely use Iconic for my next purchase.”

“I cannot recommend Iconic Watches highly enough. The service I received was very professional and they gave me the confidence that I was seeking with investing what I perceive to be a lot of cash into a Watch which was long awaited. I even travelled from South Wales up to their Store in Blackburn to collect the Watch in-person which was a very pleasant experience. Do not hesitate to use Iconic Watches who will provide professional guidance & support at every step of the process. There is also an added bonus of not paying High Street pricing! From a very satisfied & happy customer ;)”

“Initial purchase was fine, but when I came to upgrade to a new Rolex Submariner, the price I was offered was insulting. After that there was no further contact from them. So I bought a new Rolex elsewhere.”

“After some time shopping around and deciding which model was just right for my wife. The price for this watch was fixed by so many jewellers, so I was delighted to find the item from you at the lowest price saving some £150. Payment made with no problems and an immediate response confirming delivery next day. A check up phone call to confirm wrist sizing if needed. A perfect watch from a very well established company, at the best price, delighted.”
