“I have purchased 2 watches from Iconic Watches and found them an efficient and friendly company to deal with. The watches I purchased where a Zenith striking ten and an Omega Seamaster 300 co-axial. I will deal with them again.”

“The service from Iconic Watches was fantastic and their prices were about the best I could find. I was a bit nervous about spending so much money with an internet company who I had never used before, but after some research and a call to their team I felt comfortable placing my order. The Omega watch I ordered was a 40th birthday treat (for myself) and I could not be happier.”

“I wouldn't go anywhere else for a watch. From start to finish an easy process, great being able to speak to the people who run the business, and I received nothing but help and support. Couldn't be more different from dealing with a Rolex AD nowadays. Can't recommend Iconic enough, and the insurance valuation was a nice touch. Thanks.”

“Delightful and knowledgeable staff made us very welcome. A refreshingly unpressured buying experience with just good, practical advice. We're luck to live only twenty odd miles away but would gladly travel 10 times that to deal with them again. I do expect we will be back again - there's nowhere else I could imagine buying a watch from now. Thanks once again”

“I thought the service was very good, watch turned up in time and in brand new condition. Problem was when the battery died and I tried to put the serial number into there website to get it changed, the site said the serial number was not a proper one. So not sure if I have a real Tag Heuer or fake?”

Hi Nicholas, please can you contact the store for this. We need to just check the date of your warranty card. Tags online warranty System rolled out across 2-3 countries at different times meaning pre warranty system watches wouldnt display. We have the confidence in the store we purchased this watch from and can provide a letter of validity. Please let me know if you had any issues with our service when you first purchased your watch.
