“Collection was due on Tuesday, but the collection van had broken down. Kept informed as to what was happening and promptly rearranged collection for Wednesday once it was know van could not be repaired on the roadside.”

“I have always really highly rated this service. However, this time not so impressed. Original arranged collection was unsuccessful as the van had broken down. Second time round the driver could not find our house. Have had 3 collections before and no problem. I was called and I explained how to get to my address. Driver did turn up, but had parked his van "miles away" and was very put out. Said he would have to come back again. I encouraged him (by lifting some bags myself) to the front gate. Otherwise I think, having found my address, he would have gone back to his van and driven away. He was not a happy bunny! I thought I was helping a charity!!”

“I had to call the first time to find out that the driver's van had broken down. But, the collection the second time was made by a very helpful driver and overall it was a very good service.”

“Reasonably easy to book, received email confirmations. However, because of Covid restrictions they have forgotten to update their emails. I have a bad back and got help to move everything into the passage, but last email with delivery time said to leave outside (emails before said if you are Not in- leave outside). Had to move 49 large bags as the driver was not allowed into my well ventilated passage. So be prepared to LEAVE ITEMS OUTSIDE”

“The collection was 30 minutes late, was due between 3 and 4 but didn’t come until 4.30. The confirmation of donation email said it was picked up an hour earlier than it actually was. The email says phones are open 8 until 5 but they actually shut at 4. The website says they take bedding but blankets were refused. They did take the rest of the bags and the driver was very polite and helpful.”

“Really good service to collect bags of clothes and unwanted items. The email and time updates were brilliant and they kept to their times. Only downside was there was no one answering the phone line when I tried to call. Other than that, superb service.”

“Excellent idea and service. Only thing is notification for timing or change of timing is abit late in eve before day of collection. Would me more ideal if onfirmation is during the day before. Otherwise excellent service. Thank you”

“Efficient but ido t understand why a box of shoes and a box of books were left? So now I have to book another collection to pick these up- I will put them in bags this time.”

“Second time donating but selected a different charity this time around. The courier was the same and as with the first time is was a swift transition. So I’m more than sure icollectclothes will become my go too whenever I have a clear out.”
