“I observed a man and woman picking up a collection. They were incredibly unprofessional. This should have been an easy pick-up as there were 4/5 bags on the side road. Instead, what i witnessed was the man open the bag, kick the bag and then a load of expletives coming out of his mouth. We've used a similar service for clothes collections and they've always been professional. These two should never been employed in the public sphere with their lack of professionalism. The pick up was in Elstree, Hertfordshire 15th April at approx 8.35am”

“This is the best place to give away your charitable clothes and toys, bag up leave on your doorstep and book a date on their website easy as 123, hassle free. I love it !!! Saves me trips to the recycling bins or charity shop. You don’t even need to be at home. Just write on the notes how many bags u are giving, I usually tape and paper on with ‘icollect’ in big writing . It’s a great way to make a difference”

“great service no more going to the shops finding them unable to take donations or closed no parking problems where I've taken donations to kings heath and had to carry two or three bags from car park”
