“Amazing customer service. The sales team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As a complete novice their advice was invaluable. I had some issues getting the system up and running on my own and they couldn't have been more helpful, quickly identifying where I'd gone wrong and talking me through the fix I needed to make. “From start to finish the guys at CCTV kits were extremely helpful. Putting thorough quotes together and answering all technical queries. I called back after ordering with more technical questions and all were answered in great detail. Very knowledgable and helpful team. “My son is in Security /Law enforcement and a few years ago fitted 5 HikVision camera's to our house. Now need another one to cover other side of our new( much higher) rear gates to cover our strip of land other side of gates.This new camera is I.P Cat5 standard so should be plug and play into next spare port on CCTV recorder.Will bring sound back to recorder(eventually), but might need new dedicated cable for that as short term will enable this new camera/feed via a Cat 5 splitter to share exsisting cable to rear of the wk/shop( 30m away).New cable run would be at least 50m external grade black Cat5 cable”
