“I stopped using cctvtektrade.co.uk after dealing with their useless customer service and so called tech support. Been using cctv kits since and i have to say im much happier with their prices, shipping speed and website in general. So far so good!”

“Need a security camera on my workshop, as it is away from the house the only solution was an Ip camera. Had no idea how to set it up or what camera was best suited. Phoned CCTV Kit. Brilliant customer service, talked me through everything I needed to know, now up and running with no issues. Would highly recommend this company. Had phone several before without any help whatsoever.”

“Excellent support and customer service .great quality leads ,better than my original! Real pricing and info ,great product for great price thanks!was quoted £300 by company ,but I knew it was too much so did it myself in the end when I found this supplier, speedy delivery too! And I’m normally a Karen if things aren’t good in companies ,so nice to write a well deserved great review !”

“Fantastic company. Especially the service received from Nathan. It was our first order with them and as you can imagine we were apprehensive of spending £11k with a company we didn't know. “This equipment is not what I was hoping for . Very very Difficult to understand all the set up instructions . I phoned Technical support & got told if I was not satisfied send it back . In my opinion this was very very unprofessional from a main cctv parts supplier .”
