“I was a returning customer from 3 years previous and recently purchased a number of alarm components but a had a few small problems that were resolved by CCTV Kits Support extremely quickly. Their support personnel are excellent, very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. I cannot think of any other organisation that I have done business with that offers the same level of customer service support. I had to return a couple of items to be exchanged, there was no question they bent over backwards to help resolve the issues. Pricing was also good and competitive, delivery was always next working day and all the items were well packaged. So in summary a brilliant company to do business with. 10/10 for all aspects of customer service from sales through to support, highly recommended.”

“Spent over £20K with this company over the last few years. Had a unit fail after 2.5 years and they refused to replace under warranty, and no longer reply.”

This has been cleared up, we confirmed with the serial number that it is well outside of the 3-year warranty period, unfortunately. We also had our ticketing system looked at as somehow your message was accidentally disregarded whilst we had internal conversations to determine the warranty status, apologise about that.

“One of my go to places for security equipment, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the delivery process, I ordered one system and notified DPD to leave at pick up point which is great, ordered another system a week later and DPD wouldn’t give me the option to leave at a pick up point only re-schedule the delivery so I’ve had to postpone the installation date with the customer”
