“Good website , I found the products I wanted ok. Ordered and they arrived next day . I had an issue ,I had no cameras connecting reliably. I called them and the person was very helpful and genuinely wanted to help. He sent a trial cable after a good discussion. It turned out to be a transformer from my old kit that I was using . Not their kit at all . I really appreciate the person to person contact they gave me.”

“I bought the CCTV kit but some equipment provided was not compatible and I’ve to buy the new equipment (to complete the installation) in emergency at the time of installation from local cctv shop that has ruined the professional installation. Bcoz the equipment provided by CCTVKit is not correct, the current installation looks very ugly. So avoid buying from this website.”

Hello Riyaz, it seems you bought these items yourself on our website and whilst our product listing for the camera are linked to the correct back boxes, you seem to have checked out with the wrong ones by mistake. Not sure this is our fault in this instance, sorry.
