“I found them to be extremely proactive and helpful throughout my ( stressful -entirely caused by the buyers) experience and they kept me up to date all the way along . Alison Lamb was awesome with a great sense of humour and a very understanding lady all round. A credit to you . Also a big shout out to Alex Hutchinson from Medway for doing a stellar job with the conveyancing . . From the girls on the switchboard upwards I was very impressed . A huge thank you to everyone Deborah Mason”

“Not enough communication between both parties leaving the vendor to chase up the process often being more aware than the nominated go between from the agents. Excessive cost of £6200 which includes fees for the surveys why so expensive??? The whole process makes buying a property far too expensive.”

“Our business was conducted via Stefan Storer. The transcation was complicated by various issues (delays with mortgage advisors, surveys etc) throughout Stefan was professional and patient, keeping us updated and arranging extensions when required”

“The whole process has been great Debbie and Sarah have been very helpful in particularly Debbie who guided me through the whole process ad explained everything and was very understanding.
