“I found the whole process of selling my property through the Auctions very efficient and quick. Michelle Mutch kept me up to date on the progress of the sale by either email or telephone. I found Michelle to be friendly, courteous and very helpful throughout. Gina Huntrod”

“Our sale was lengthened by the buyer using the Auction team solicitors. I would not recommend anyone using them as they made an easy sale much more complicated then it needed to be. We would also recommend that the Auction team look at the rules for the cost of the buy. This was due to our buyers being first time buyers and could not afford the costs which we had to pay or lose the buyer. It is a shame that there is not a clause where the costs could have been reduced for us to proceed. From speaking to all the contacts at the Auction team we found them to be very helpful and pleasant.”

“We sold my mother's house through iam-sold as we wanted a quick hassle free sale and this exactly what we got. I would definitely recommend using this company and method of auction. We were kept informed every step of the way and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, a special mention to Michelle Mutch who looked after us, she was brilliant.”

“The auction coordinators were very efficient and always kept me up to date with progress. They were proactive in offering advice regarding auction pricing and worked to secure interest in the property. Once the sale had been made the administration staff were also very efficient in handling the procedures to get the sale completed and kept me well informed of progress throughout. The only negative part about the auction was that we were only able to secure a sale by lowering the price to an amount that we feel does not provide us with full satisfaction, but our circumstances left us with little option.”

“Having initially been a little sceptical about selling property at auction I found the experience to be an efficient and professional process throughout. In particular, Michelle Mutch ensured that she kept in touch with all parties involved to enable completion of the sale well within the agreed time.
