“My file was dealt with by Alison who was absolutely brilliant. She kept me up to date with the progress and nothing was too much trouble. I had a few issues with the purchase of the property and I have to say that Alison helped me through the difficult period and communicated with me at all times. “The only issue that I have is the expense. It seems to be excessive compared to my previous experience of buying at auction. The percentage appeared ok until I saw that it is subject to a minimum of £5000 plus vat which for a sale of £57000 makes it a disgusting 10%+ of the propert value. It was this that really disappointed me (and also the seller as he had not realised that fee was applicable). For low property values I would discourage anyone from using this method and it is certainly not one I would like to use in the future.”

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT INFORMED OF PROGRESS BY MICHELLE WHO WAS MY CONTACT WITH IAM SOLD, ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE VERY HIGH NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEES CHARGED BY IAM SOLD AND FOR THIS REASON I WOULD VERY RELUCTANT TO BUY THROUGH THEM AGAIN”

“We had a named person from the team who rang every week with an update on how the property was being looked at one line and information down loaded. Always upbeat about the property. When transferred to the team to deal with completion of the sale the service was just as professional with a named person dealing with the property which makes it much more relaxed knowing who you are dealing with. I would recommend I am sold to any one wishing for quick sale in a very professional manner.”

“What can I say, we changed to iam sold from another agent after being totally unhappy with their lack of service and a waste of a matter of years and tens of thousands of pounds. However, we took advice and sold very quickly. Contact was amazing and we were kept informed of everything.”

“I must say I am a little dissolutioned about the whole process. I was sold the auction route by Browns as it gave possibilities of greater sale values than direct through the estate agents. There were plenty of viewers and plenty of offers which to my mind was perfect for an auction. Yet I was strongly advised to settle on an offer below the reserve price to secure the sale. What I wasn't made aware of before signing up was the cost to the buyer was £6,000 and this comes out of his maximum spend therefore leaving less to purchase the property with. Had the same buyer gone via the Estate Agent direct I would be better off on the deal. Having said all that Amy did a very professional job and was efficient throughout the whole process. We got a quick sale at what was probably a reasonable price. In summary I believe the agents who are promoting yourselves should be more informative so a clearer picture of the process is given. Had I had all the facts at the front end I may have chosen to stick with the estate agent to maximise my return.”
