“FROM BEGINNING TO COMPLETION I WAS ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH IAM-SOLD,AFTER TRYING FOR NEARLY 12 MONTHS TO SELL MY PROPERTY IT WAS GONE WITHIN A MONTH, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TYPE OF AUCTION AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.”

“This the first property I have purchased using this method and I found it a long process - it can and does take up to 2 months to finalise things. As a cash buyer this needs to be reduced. The customer service staff from I am sold were brilliant ( Debbie & Sarah) so thank you. As for the solicitors the company uses are completely vague and non responsive to the demands of their clients. So my feedback is to employ an in house efficient legal team. Who can get things moving.”

“I found this to be a good service, was always kept in the loop with weekly contact in early stages, then nearly every day up to exchange and completion, just one hick-up with a lost document but was quickly found and sorted. Michelle was very efficient and Dawn was like talking to an old friend. I would recommend for a quick easy sale.”

“This is the second property I have purchased via this company and to be honest the service was not to the same high standards as previously enjoyed. My offer was made and the negotiations were not to the vendors benefit as the concluding sale price was much less than my original offer purely down to the poorly focused negotiating form the company, but in the end I achieved a better deal so can't complain too much, but the seller is out of pocket as the deal could have been concluded in everyone's interest much earlier had I been dealing with a better skilled agant.”

“We were extremely impressed with the service we received. The whole process of selling our house was made quick and painless ,compared to all our other house sales, because of the professional advice and support we received at all times. Every member of staff was so pleasant and helpful to deal with, and kept us informed every step of the way, without our ever needing to chase anyone up - that was a very novel experience! Thank you all very much, for all you did for us, and for helping us achieve such a great price for the house. Job well done!!”
