“Lack of communication between your departments & solicitors, lack of initiative beyond reducing sale price, not listening resulting in me having to repeat myself to numerous staff members & conflicting information. I also already responded to 2 requests for feedback today, so this 3rd request for feedback says it all really.”

“I was able to sell my mother's house fairly easily. It started very shakily but got there in the end. I always thought auction was a quick option but it still takes a bit of time to drum up interest. I have never done this before so was not sure what to expect”
