“I only have one issue which is very minor, and that was sometimes emails were a bit slow being answered at one stage. However all phone calls and requests were dealt with very promptly. The advice given always stood up to be good advice and practical. The after service once the house was sold was first class and Louise was very helpful. Scott was our first consultant and again his knowledge and advice was invaluable. I had to deal with the company from a distance, but would want to say thank you very much.”

“Following a lack of success trying by conventional means, I decided to offer for sale using your facilities. Following the initial set up, I was kept inform all along the way, by phone and email. Prior to the sale the documentation was sent to me, I attended the Auction and was impressed by the volume of interested parties and the professional way the Auction was conducted. Apart from the intervening holiday period, the sale came to a prompt conclusion and to my satisfaction. Best wishes for the future.”

“There was a whole history with the property I sold and it had been on the market with another agent for over 90 days with minimal viewings and support. When I switched to The Nottingham, the agent recommended I go auction. I had never sold a property through auction, and being so far away, I felt apprehensive because I was unsure as to what to expect. But I needn't worry! The team at iam-sold was amazing. I was regularly updated on the different stages by the relevant team members. The person who stands out for me the most is Alison Lamb. Because I am in Australia, we communicated mostly by email. The one time I did speak with her, she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. She was, in a word, brilliant. I would most certainly recommend iam-sold to anyone looking to dispose of a property quickly and professionally. Thank you for delivering excellent customer service and a quality result.”

“Having never bought a property at auction before we were very apprehensive about the whole experience. There was no need to be. We were taken through the process step by step. “I was in a situation where I needed to sell my late fathers property. Due to unforeseen circumstances there were a lot of issues going on in my life at that time. I did not have the time or the inclination to spend precious time getting Involved with the selling of the house. This is where I am sold took the pain and stress out of the whole business. From the moment I contacted them the whole procedure was as smooth as silk. They kept me informed at each step in the procedure and advised me with any decisions I needed to make. They probably do not realise but they kept me sane. The sale went to a positive conclusion and everything has turned out most satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
