“I was selling my late mother's house and found them very helpful and efficient. Although I used my local solicitor, was very useful to have all the required information via their solicitor. Made things speed along and save time. As you can imagine, at a time like this the last thing you want is hassle and problems! Would thoroughly recommend, especially in a situation like mine. “very quick in first contact, Sarah was very clear giving information, didn't keep me talking on the phone but always ended with " don't hesitate to call me if you need anything ". I liked the emails with the check boxes so I could see clearly how the purchase was progressing .”

“I had experienced difficulties selling my property prior to using Iamsold. But as soon as they became involved things started moving fast . They quickly set up my video auction pack . My rep worked hard and kept me fully updated with developments and she chased down leads and enquirers . Then once bid was accepted another team ensured that the sale was concluded quickly . I have no hesitation recommending Iamsold to my family and friends selling a difficult to sell property .”

“I was very happy with the communications from IAM. Every one I spoke to understood the time constraints I required on this purchase, I would have scored a 5 but for the poor service I received from the solicitors recommended by IAM, who totally did not understand I required an ASAP purchase. I also feel that the fee of £5000 +vat was excessive considering the purchase price, but I new this from the onset.”
