“What a pleasure it is dealing with this Norwich-based company. Not only did I get the best deal I possibly could, I spoke to a lovely lady who totally understood my situation. There were no issues with language or cultural nuance being misunderstood. In the global world in which we live today, it was reassuring to have such a stress-free experience with someone so kind, polite, courteous and understanding.”

“Extremely happy with the service offered, a reminder is sent in plenty of time and I know that I don't have to worry about forgeting to renew the policy as it is automatically done. Paperwork is sent by email as well as a hardcopy by post. I have no complaints.”

“I had used i4me in the past so requested a quote for a second home policy on-line. The quote was competitive and nearly £500 cheaper than my renewal invite from my current insurer. A short time later I received a follow-up phone call, and after a short discussion, they said they would investigate the market further and email me if they could improve on their initial quote. Within the hour I received the email with an even better quote, (just over 50% of my renewal price), with a top brand company and with a policy that had far fewer clauses/restrictions than my existing policy. I phoned to accept their quote immediately, and had a most pleasant conversation with a team member. All was arranged easily and quickly and all the policy documents arrived by email the same evening. This was a first-class service in every way, and I highly recommend i4me without reservation.”
