“Delighted with the service from i4me. You are clearly at the top of your game in terms of pro-active marketing. Having failed to secure our insurance business last year I was impressed with this year's follow up letter and then your subsequent email. In today's world we are all plagued with 100's of pointless emails so it was good to receive a personalised and relevant letter with your discounted quotation. Impressed too with my inbound call handling by Liz, she was delightful on the phone. Rest assured we will be recommending i4me. Thank you”

“Firstly I was impressed as someone almost immediately answered the phone! Instead of having to hold for up to 45 minutes. Your sales person was polite and attentive and the purchase of your insurance was quickly resolved. Full marks!”

“I have renewed my holiday home Policy with i4me as I was very happy with the policy and the fact that I was personally contacted to see if I wanted to renew or had any questions before hand was very helpful. So I could actually talk to a live person on the phone which has been very difficult in a number of other cases. Makes such a difference.”

“i4me Insurance Brokers wrote on 5.7. with a renewal quote, together with renewal documentation, giving me plenty of time to seek quotes elsewhere. i4me offered the most comprehensive cover at the best price and it was easy to confirm and pay by card either online or phone (they even called me to remind me it was due to expire). I’ve been with them 3 years and very happy with their efficient service.”

“This is the second year I have been with i4me. I was new to a holiday letting, when I took out the policy. The representative was helpful and knowledgeable and provided an insight, into the cover I needed. Which I did not experience with other insurance companies.”
