A very good purchasing experience over the telephone. Very clear details set at a steady pace throughout, enabling clarification where necessary. Documents arrived in good time. Very pleased with the outcome of my call to this firm.

It was very quick and easy to renew my Landlords insurance policy with i4me. Any dealings I have had with them, have been dealt with very efficiently. I do not hesitate to recommend i4me to other customers.

i4me have always been very efficient and helpful, and their policy has suited my needs. I was disappointed they have increased my premium as I am currently claiming for denial of access due to covid pandemic. Apparently this is because I will lose my no claims bonus. Firstly, they've had a year's premium from me when the property was empty, and secondly they have withdrawn (not surprisingly) future cover for contagion. Because I am claiming for covid doesn't reflect on my future risk- especially as I won't be covered ! It is, purely and simply, a cynical way to claw back what they are paying out. I had no choice but to renew my policy through i4me because nobody else will insure my property whilst I have a claim in progress. If I were to be cynical I might think they know that, and enjoy the lack of competition.

The online service was good. But the bonus was the telephone follow up which provided advice which improved my coverage at a lower price. It's what I look for in a broker.

So far so good. Broker was clear on the phone and understood my requirements. I had already received one quote so he took the time to ensure the cover I required was fully met. However, it would be nice to get my name right in the request asking me to rate the service!

Absolutely great service ! Cannot fault ! Seamless easy to use website with simple insurance questions to complete and then self generated quotes. This is then immediately followed up by a phone call to check details and if you have any questions etc Great service from the outset! Fingers crossed it’s a similar service if ever I need to claim.

Huge price rise this year but no explanation...and it's not based on me having made any claims on this policy. There may be reasons, good or bad, but this is poor customer service, and will make me look elsewhere for next year.

Thank you for your feedback. Insurers consider several factors when calculating the renewal price. Indexation, an adverse claims history and the customer making a claim within the last 12 months will usually drive an increase, but there are other, more subjective factors as well. These include insurers’ views on the various risks associated with the insurance they are providing, such as changes in their overall claims experience for a given property type or a review of the severity of natural disasters occurring in a given postcode. Finally, we would like to confirm that renewals are not mandatory, and we contact our customers in good time with an offer of price for the coming 12 months. This gives them the opportunity to consider our terms and to shop around if they feel we are not offering value for money. Due to us having thousands of customers we're unable to provide individual reasons for increase of premium on each renewal document we issue.
