“Recommended by a friend, after just one phone call, a quote was emailed almost immediately. All relevant documentation sent at the same time and one telephone number given to call and start cover immediately. Couldn't have been easier. Consultant was polite, efficient and very knowledgable.”

“Had trouble with my current broker they were clearly linked to other insurers. Pumped all the simple detail into the website. Questions were detailed and current. Took about 6-7 minutes then got a clear and concise price which was very competitive. The only thing was not clear was the cancellation charges. Should of been clearer especially as one of the questions was “is the holiday home on the market to sell!” However 40% saving so all good.”

“I spent a lot of time researching a holiday home policy that suited our specific needs: that didn't insist on someone doing regular checks, keeping logs and removing the mail. We would have had to employ an agent at £25 per visit. Delighted we found this policy which ticked all our boxes ... and it was cheaper than others.”

“The member of staff I spoke to tried to blind me with numbers ie how the policy had gone up by the price of inflation at 6%, which it isn’t. His maths didn’t work out and he floundered when I questioned his figures. Wasn’t told insurance amount extra either.”
