“When I called was great to get straight through to talk to someone and not be left in a queue. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and dealt with my question with respect. I also received my email confirmation and documents with an hour of my phone call. As a first time using this broker I was very pleased with my experience.”

“Excellent client service and a really positive experience. An email was sent by the brokers prior to renewal. The options were to renew on-line or to contact the customer services via telephone. I had a query so opted for the latter. I got straight though, which was pleasing and surprising, that rarely happens with brokers. The issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, with the support and help of a competent and professional operative. Add in the fact that their rates are both competitive and reasonable, i would not hesitate to award top marks.”

“The renewal quote I received seemed exceptionally high. After contacting i4me( in particular Matt) the policy costs were reviewed and came back the next day with a more realistic price. All operators that dealt with my query were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.”
