“Hi, I've used i4Me for 2 years now. They've very professional, and you can get to talk to an actual, clued-up human really quickly! Very important I think. They helped me move between holiday home and landlord's insurance seamlessly, and are just very helpful, always doing what they say they're going to do. I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that part of the process. I would recommend them.”

“Never used i4me before but decided to as I needed buildings and contents insurance. My renewal with previous insurer seemed expensive and they didnt seem interested in helping to reduce it. I spoke to Adam at i4me and he was brilliant! Understood everything I needed and got a quote to me very promptly. He made the transition from one company to another very easy. For friendly service and competitive prices...especially if you need something a bit different from the norm...you need to speak to him. Highly recommend.”

“Perfectly efficient in that write promptly once per year to provide documentation and renewal instructions. Despite no claim (in fact we have never claimed on this property in 19 years) the premium of course went up again - relentlessly as it always does. There is no reward for no claims or loyalty in this life. As we have never had a claim I cannot comment on whether in need and a significant claim this company would be great or terrible. I have no reason not to trust that they would honour the terms of the insurance. Hence may neutral rating.”

Thank you for your feedback. Insurers consider several factors when calculating the renewal price. Indexation, an adverse claims history and the customer making a claim within the last 12 months will usually drive an increase, but there are other, more subjective factors as well. These include insurers’ views on the various risks associated with the insurance they are providing, such as changes in their overall claims experience for a given property type or a review of the severity of natural disasters occurring in a given postcode. Finally, we would like to confirm that renewals are not mandatory and we contact our customers in good time with an offer of price for the coming 12 months. This gives them the opportunity to consider our terms and to shop around if they feel we are not offering value for money. As we previously advised insurers have an agreement where they look to price match subject to cover being on a like for like basis.
