“The application was straightforward online & less complicated than others. There was a follow up phone call, which was courteous & there was no attempt at a hard sell. It was not difficult to choose your quotation, even though there was not much difference in the figures.”

“Excellent service when insurance was due for renewal (I've not had to make a claim so can't comment on that). Unlike other brokers I've dealt with, i4me actually got back to me really quickly with answers to my questions, didn't put me on hold for ages when I called, and called back a couple of times to see if I needed any help (without being pushy). Their customer service is the main reason I signed up for my insurance with them again!”
