“Really helpful staff, prices are not the cheapest but it’s worth paying a little more for the excellent customer service. Perfect for properties that don’t quite fit the standard insurance market. Very understanding of Covid situation for 2nd home owners and finding a policy to cover us whilst we let the home we have been unable to visit to a friend who couldn’t get to his home abroad. Lovely to be able to discuss with a human to ensure we got the correct cover.”

“Bit shocked at hike in premium since last year. Should have started looking elsewhere sooner! Lesson learned for next year! This company was great for first two years, and then premiums started to climb. Considering insured property, which is less than 50 feet from ours and therefore regularly visited/checked had no visitors to speak of courtesy of covid, seems a tad out of kilter”
