“The person who took my call was patient, kind and easy to understand. I thought that arranging insurance cover for our holiday let would be complicated and expensive but the process was easy and the price very reasonable.”

“Normal email in advance to remind me. Price hadn't increased very much and still appeared to be good value with good insurance cover. A pleasant, no-pressure selling, follow-up telephone call, which was a helpful reminder. Also liked having a paper copy of the documents.”
