“I experienced a glitch (probably my end) when trying to send the online application but was able to complete the process over the phone and get everything sorted out quickly. Friendly & efficient service and a competitive quote!”

“phone answered quickly by a courteous and knowledgeable human , although the premium had increased from previous year they were able to offer a small discount as I had been a regular customer for several years. I did do some comparison enquiries but i4me were still the most competitive so I felt reassured I was not being penalised for customer loyalty.”

“This is a four star review, rather than five star as my premium increased by £46 this renewal. However, the staff at i4me fully explained the increase which is largely due to industry pressures. The reason I stuck with them is the flexibility and understanding they have demonstrated over the past couple of years - they were very accommodating in order to help me achieve what I wanted, Andrew, Yorkshire”

“We were looking for an alternative competitive quote for insurance for our second home. “Renewing the house insurance with i4me was simple. the forms were easy to follow. I phoned to enquire what would happen if the house was put on the market mid insurance term.
