“Very efficient renewal process. No sales pressure only very competitive quote with small increase on previous years premium and a polite chase up on written correspondence . No automatic renewal hassle. Very refreshing. Probably the best renewals experience in the insurance world to quite a well known beer ad!”

“Very quick and straightforward to arrange new insurance for my holiday home with this company. I've never have to wait long for the phone to answer, and they are very knowledgeable about the type of policy I required. This type of service is sadly hard to find nowadays !”
