“Renewal was handled very efficiently. The quote for renewal was higher than the previous year and so an alternative competitive quote was provided in the renewal documents. The renewal over the phone was handled by a knowledgeable and friendly member of staff. So a painless process to achieve a reduced premium for the same cover.”
