“I am 86 years old and struggled on my lap top trying to answer all the questions and i finaly gave up.Irecieved a phone and the lady asked me if she could ask the questions and that solved my problem.Every thing is now OK”

“Excellent response from James Olley who walked us through our B&B product and maintained excellent communication throughout. The policy was uncomplicated, relatively jargon free and easy to understand. I'm hoping I don't need to experience i4me claims procedure, but if the application process is anything to go by, I feel pretty reassured that any further contact would be straightforward.
