“Chose this company because the on-line description of what they supply was very clear. The person I talked to on the phone was very professional and helpful (Lee). Although the cost is quite high (compared with standard home insurance), I understood why by the end of the discussion.”

“As l am elderly and only have an iPad l asked when taking out this insurance, over the phone ,if you would send me relivent paper work and policy documents through the post as l don’t have a printer. Despite emailing you and asking for it to be sent l have heard nothing from you. If you don’t provide this service why wasn’t l told when taking this policy out. Not good service.”

Following our telephone conversation yesterday, we have issued a further copy of your policy documents to you in the post via first class, due to the originals getting lost in the post/delayed. “Very impressed with the responsiveness as I was looking for an online quote and had a phone call before I had finished completing it. Quote was very competitive and met my needs so accepted it. Easy to deal with, no fuss or hanging on the phone for ages (Towergate) Would recommend i4me”

“I was given a very reasonable amount of notice to renew my holiday cottage policy. When I rang on a Saturday with some queries about my renewal I was dealt with very efficiently by one of the operators. He was able to answer all my queries satisfactorily and I was very happy to renew my policy at the end of the conversation”

“I like it that i4me don't keep your card details on line and send you letters saying they are automatically updating your insurance and hiking up the price. They actually have a conversation with you about their offer. It feels more personal and reassuring which makes me feel that if anything were to happen that I'd get a more bespoke service and better help should I need it.”

“I questioned increase of my renewal disappointed to be told go away find cheaper and i4me will go back to insurers and chances are they will match it. Thought brokers would act on my behalf? I did have a question and rang back and spoke to Daniel who was great very professional and so I renewed.”

“Have dealt with i4me for many years, and when I received my renewal notice I thought it seemed much higher than in previous years, so I looked around to see what else was available and then had a conversation with Adam at i 4me who explained that the cover may vary from what they had offered, which indeed there were some differences, but instead of just telling me to go to the other provider i 4 Me then went and talked with another provider and came back with a great price and cover ! Thank you.”
